I want to promote a shared vision for Scottsbluff through meaningful conversations with those who want to join in the work. Citizens from our diverse and beautiful neighborhoods and variety of businesses and industry can come together to build on what’s great while meeting the challenges we face.

I see the city’s more immediate challenges as:

• Renewing the city sales tax to keep property taxes low

• Keeping a balanced budget

• Renewing the LB840 program

• Revising the city plan

• Transitioning to the new landfill

• Workforce development

• Housing

• Pushing for reassessment of our fire rating to keep insurance rates low

As you learn more about me, you’ll see that I have experience working in these areas and I will combine knowledge gained from the past with your voices to create the best paths moving forward.
